The story begins at a business meeting between Artemis and the notorious Jon Spiro. Artemis proposes a deal involving stolen fairy hardware. Jon Spiro steals the 'C Cube' and Butler is injured. Soon Artemis and the gang are off to save the fairy people from extortion yet again. This book is a marvelous addition to the Artemis Fowl series and is recommended for ages 9 and up.
